2009/2010 STEPCHILD JP WALKER SNOWBOARD

JP Walker’s 2nd season Pro Model with Stepchild.

Sparing nothing, JP Walker’s pro model this season is an all around twin with quadrax glass construction and a kicker III core that looks and rides great. The combination is suited to cross over smoothly from street to backcountry. Topped off with a structurn base and a smooth “soft belt” finish, this board is straight from the inspiration of JP himself.

The 2009/2010 Stepchild JP Walker Snowboard key features:

Armadillo Plate – This plate is a fiberglass re-enforcement layer in a diamond shape that is placed over the inserts.

Kicker III Core – Tip to tail fully computerized milled and profiled Poplar wood core with Beech rails and Beech insert strips gives a smooth and consistent flex pattern. The Beech rails give the board poppy flex and stable edge control. The insert strips are there for compression strength where the corner of the bindings can crush the wood. Stepchild uses 4 strips of high-density beech in this critical zone to increase its strength.
